Operation Manager (AutoMobile)

We are looking for one qualified Operation Manager who have prior experience to work in Automobile or Auto Service Center in Dhaka to join our team. He must able to do the following task
Supervising works assigned to designated workshops, and ensure quality at every step (from assessment till pricing)
Answer customer queries and give expert opinion over phone.
Conduct training to technicians and workshop owners.
Providing feedback on designing automobile products.
Managing corporate client by ensuring best service to them.
Preparing quotation and biding documents for corporates and govt. organizations.

Employment Status: Full Time

Educational Requirements:

Graduation from any reputed university.
Education requirement can be relaxed for relevant experienced person.

Experience Requirements:

At least 2-4 year working experience as a workshop manager.

Additional Requirements:

-Experience with lead generation and prospect management.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong negotiations skill.
-Good command of spoken & written English and Bengali.
-Persuasive and goal-oriented -Self-motivated and self-directed.
-Able to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines.
-Time management skills.
-Age 28 to 35 year(s)..
Experienced in Hybrid cars and latest technology is a big plus.

20000-30000 (Based on Experience)
